CANCELLATION POLICY
Define Beauty Cancellation Policy All appointments require a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. This retainer will be applied toward your final balance on the day of service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your retainer may be transferred one time only to a new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, late arrivals (15+ minutes), or no-shows will result in a forfeited retainer. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that retainers are non-refundable under any circumstance. This policy is in place to protect the stylist’s time, products, and business operations, and will be upheld in the event of disputes or chargebacks.
